This Champagne Brut Tradition by
the Champagne House of Joseph Desruets, traditionally produced, with manual
riddling and disgorgement on the spot, reveals a very distinct and alluring
personality, almost virile.
Drink as an aperitif, but
above all during a meal, to accompany a first course or even poultry.
