varietal of the cuvée, between
white fruits and candied citrus fruits, tenderly unveil delicate toasted
touches, signs of the continuous blending of the base wines (solera), with
ageing in barrels. |
Palate: Brilliant opening, with a dazzling
liveliness, highlighted by the particular minerality of the terroir of Les Riceys. The mouth gently establishes itself, dense and warm, punctuated by
delicate spices. With this cuvée Champagne
Native Solera Brut, Christophe Defrance, wine grower and œnologist, offers us
a touching interpretation of the Chardonnay cultivated in the greatest
respect of the environment. |
