Aspect: Gold, dense and bright. Fine and dynamic effervescence. Nose: Powerful and generous, supported by touches of
honey, pastries and subtle spices. The radiant aromas of nice ripe red and black
fruits, signatures of the Pinot Noir (50%), lovingly mingle with fragrances
of apple, pear and citrus fruits, characteristic signs of the Chardonnay
(50%). |
Palate: Vertiginous purity at the opening, obtained by the absence of dosage. Later, the mouth becomes softness, result of the maturation of the
base wines in oak casks for 10 to 12 months, but especially of the 5
years of ageing on laths of the bottles, before disgorgement. With this heady Cuvée Nouvel R Millésime 2013 Brut
Nature, Cédric and Vincent Michaux confirm
the inspired renewal of the Champagne du Rédempteur. |
