Aspect: Gold, dense and brilliant. Refined farandole of delicate bubbles. Nose: Endless delicacy. The 3 varietals (45% Chardonnay, 40% Meunier and 15% Pinot Noir),
harvested by hand in 2010, harmoniously mingle, between radiant aromas of red
fruits and scents of white fruits, punctuated by subtle spices and supported
by a brilliant fullness. |
Palate: The tonic liveliness of the opening, highlighted by the particular
minerality of the most beautiful terroirs of the
Marne Valley, unveils an ample and generous gentleness, result of 8 years of
patient ageing of the wine in bottles, fed by the slow autolysis of the prise de mousse yeasts. Great length on the palate. With this Millésime 2010, Ignace
Baron and his cellar master, Orlando, offer us a radiant interpretation of
the beautiful year 2010. |
