Aspect: White gold,
brilliant. Extremely
fine bubbles. Nose: Delicate
and endless
harmony. The Chardonnay, carefully harvested by hand
in 2008, slowly unveils all its refined elegance, between touches of apple,
pear, citrus fruits, white flowers and hazelnut, driven by a life-giving
breath, and warm scents of honey and pastries. |
Palate: Caressing opening, definitely the
characteristic sign of the maturity of the cuvée obtained by 10 years of patient ripening of the bottles on
laths. Remarkable presence, highlighted by a
delicious vitality and by the magnificent minerality of the chalk of the
Grands Crus of Cramant, Avize and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the Côte des Blancs. With this cuvée Diamant, Dominique Pichart, cellar master of the Champagne
house Vranken, signs an absolute jewel. |
