·
Fine bubbles.
·
Delicate bead of
bubbles, persistent.
Nose :
·
Generous, it takes us into a
universe of pleasures.

Touching
woody notes.

Scents of red and black
fruits, underlined by the soft spices and the heady spirituous hints,
signatures of the Pinot Noir, exclusive varietal of the cuvée harvested in 2009 with a great maturity in a plot of old
vines (around 60 years) of the “Bois des Jots”, in Cumières, well exposed at
mid-slope.

Very dense opening, coupled with a sensual tension
accompanying us throughout the tasting.

bâtonnage, in relatively new oak
barrels (less than 3 years).

Warm finish.
· Impressive length on the palate.
With this
restricted Cuvée Y (700 bottles), Yann Vadin, 9th generation, was
able to implement an accurate and inspired oenology, without chaptalization, to
create his cuvée, remarkable
interpretation of the terroir of
Cumières.
To taste
during festive meals, with a gigotin of lamb in black bread, for example.
