With this Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill 2002, Dominique Petit, Chef de Cave of the Champagne House Pol Roger, was able to compose an inspired blending of which the secret is jealously guarded, to transcend the Grands Crus of the Mountain of Reims and of the Côte des Blancs, and to take us into an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
To taste during festive meals, to accompany a fried beef
sirloin with morel sauce, for example.
Born in 1849, the Champagne House Pol
Roger, « the most drinkable address in the world », Cultivates with
care its vineyard of 89 hectares spread over the best terroirs of Champagne. An environmentally friendly viticulture and
an accurate oenology, with varietals and Crus separately vinified before
blending, lead to a production of 1.6 million of bottles of Champagnes with
personality each year.
