The finesse of the
Chardonnay (50%), with its subtle scents of peach, citrus fruits, apricot and
raisin, crusty almond and hazelnut, is enhanced by the joyful fragrances of the
Pinot Noir (50%), with notes of red and black fruits and delicate spices (pepper,
cinnamon and vanilla).

Later, warm aromas
of cocoa and roasted coffee are revealed, expressions of the perfect maturity
of the cuvée, obtained by ageing on
laths of the bottles for 9 years before disgorgement.

Deep, ample and balanced attack.

The mouth becomes caressing and warm,
underlined by the delicate minerality and the silky effervescence.

Tasty finish, coupled with a touch of
spices and red fruits.

With the Palmes d’Or Brut Vintage 2004, the team of oenologist of the Champagne House Nicolas Feuillatte led by Guillaume Roffiaen, oenology and quality director, has been able to put his talent in the service of the great terroirs of Champagne (Chouilly, Cramant, Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize and Montgueux for the Chardonnay, and Bouzy, Verzy, Verzenay, Aÿ and Ambonnay for the Pinot Noir).
To taste as an aperitif or during your festive meals, to accompany a fried lobster with ginger and candied lemon, for example.
