Aspect: Solar and
bright. Endless
farandole of delicate bubbles. Nose: Radiant generosity. The Meunier, exclusive varietal of the champagne,
opens up with no restraint between brilliant fragrances of red and black
fruits and aromas of citrus fruits and exotic fruits, enhanced by delicate
touches of outstanding spices. |
Palate: Joyful tension at
the opening, enhanced by the absence of dosage (no sugar added at
disgorgement). The deep and soft
mouth, definitely thanks to the clay soil, becomes endless delicacy. Remarkable length
on the palate. With this parcelled cuvée Sur le grand Marais - Brut Nature, Laurent Liébart, wine
grower, offers us a touching interpretation of the Meunier. |
