Aspect
Vermilion pink colour, with a
slightly amber deep hue.
Joyful and lively effervescence.
Nose
Baskets of red and black
fruits (raspberry liqueur, cherry and blackcurrant).
We find some fragrances of
toasted almonde, vanilla and marzipan.
At airing, evolution towards minerality and gourmet vinosity.
Palate
Creamy, intense and vinous
structure.
The olfactory impression of
green almond is supported by a hamonious and long-lasting in the mouth fruit
taste.
