Sober, original and luxurious presentation.
Aspect :

Golden, with reserved green glints.

Fine and festive bubbles.

Elegant bead of bubbles, persistent on the periphery of the flute after
service.
Nose :
·
Radiant,
it slowly reveals its harmonious complexity.
·
Joyful
aromas of lemon, grapefruit, apple, pear and peach, subtly iodized and
mentholated, signature of the Chardonnay, exclusive varietal of the Champagne.

Later,
the maturity of the Champagne is revealed, with gentle scents of honey,
caramel, vanilla, cinnamon and coffee barely roasted, enhanced by refined woody
notes, the result of the vinification and ageing of the base wines in wood, in
oak barrels (10 to 15 years old), bought used in Burgundy.
Palate :

Pure and marked attack, allowed by the rigorous
selection of the first juices (cuvée), during the soft pressing of the grapes
harvested by hand and by the precise dosage, with only 6 g/L of sugar added at
disgorgement.

The vibrant minerality then takes us into an ample and
deep mouth, underlined by a creamy effervescence.
·
Deliciously bitter and acidulous finish, always
mineral.
·
Great length on the palate.
With this Cuvée 150 Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru by
Jean-Charles Milan, Jean-Charles Milan, its winemaker, was able to blend
the base wines from 2010 and from 2009 in equal proportions, to sign a touching
interpretation of the Grand Cru terroir
of Oger, worthy homage to 150 years of the Champagne House Milan.
To taste
as an aperitif, or during your festive meals, to accompany a reduction of sole
with chanterelles and parsley, for example.

Chardonnay, on the Grand Cru of Oger, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs,
