Fine and dynamic effervescence.

Sensual and radiant, source of intense pleasure.
The majority of Pinot Noir (80%) establishes
itself, reserved but powerful, with its fragrances of nice ripe red and black
fruits, punctuated by spices and highlighted by touches of apple, pear and
citrus fruits, elegant signatures of the Chardonnay (20%).

Palate:
Tonic attack, obtained
by the minimalist extra brut dosage with 3 g/L of sugar added as a Pinot
Noir liqueur aged in oak barrels.
The mouth is
revealed, ample and generous, deliciously toasted, thanks to 50 months of
ageing on laths of the bottles, before disgorgement.
