Aspect:
Straw yellow, brilliant.
Refined effervescence.
Nose:
Intense and harmonious.
The scents of red and black fruits gently interlace the
fragrances of white fruits and citrus fruits, characteristic signs of the
fusion of the Pinot Noir (50%) and the Chardonnay (50%).
Later, the maturity is revealed thanks
to 3 years of ageing on laths of the bottles.

Palate:
Life-giving
freshness at the opening, highlighted by the chalky minerality of the Grand
Cru terroir of Bouzy, in the
Mountain of Reims, exclusive origin of the grapes.
The mouth
becomes sensual, supported by the generous dosage with 10 g/L of sugar
added at disgorgement.
Remarkable
length on the palate.
With this cuvée Séduction, Maxime Dauvergne,
wine grower, was able to blend 3 years of harvest, to offer us a pleasant
champagne of noble origins.
