Pas dosé: regulatory
statement to be affixed on the labels of champagne bottles with a sugar content
of less than 3 g/L, without any addition of sugar. The following regulatory statements
may also be used: brut nature or dosage zéro. A champagne “pas dosé” is
a champagne often lively, which favors the true expression of the terroirs.
