Meunier: around 32% of vineyards. Mainly
cultivated in the Marne Valley. It expresses good aromatic intensity, dominated
by fruit. On the palate, it is smooth and round. The producer, by deciding to favour Meunier in the blending, can change
the personality of his champagne.
