Organic champagne
Neat and harmonious bottle.
Aspect:
Golden, livened up by emerald glints.
Crystal-clear limpidity.
Refined bubbles.
Nose:
Radiant perfumed farandole, source of intense
pleasure.
The aromas of apple, pear and citrus fruits,
barely iodized and mentholated, gently mingle with touches of almond, hazelnut
and exotic fruits, outstanding signatures of the Chardonnay, exclusive varietal
of the champagne.
Later, gentle scents of marzipan and caramel
are unveiled, expressions of the emerging maturity.
Palate:
Joyful vitality at the opening thanks to the
adjusted dosage with 4 g/L of sugar added at disgorgement, highlighted by a
soft minerality, the one of the terroir
of Vincelles.
Remarkable presence, coupled with delicate
spicy notes, definitely the subtle characteristic signs of the passage of 20%
of the base wines in oak barrels.
Balanced finish, underlined by a delicious
bitterness.
Very great length on the palate.
With this cuvée
L’Esprit Nature - Cuvée Bio Extra Brut, Sébastien Barbier, cellar master of the
Champagne house H. Blin, was able to accompany with sensitivity his grapes of
Chardonnay according to the principles of organic viticulture and vinification,
to reveal this first organic cuvée of
the house, symbol of his commitment to respect the environment.
Ideal to accompany the aperitifs and meals
among friends, with a dory cooked with sea urchins, for example.
