Aspect:

Nose:
Generous
intensity, source of beautiful emotions.
The
aromas of red and black fruits gently mingle with scents of citrus fruits,
white fruits and exotic fruits, highlighted by a mentholated breath, delicious
characteristic signs of the blending of the 3 varietals (Pinot Noir, Meunier
and Chardonnay).
Later,
the gentle notes of gingerbread and almond, delicately roasted, reveal the
maturity obtained by the patient ageing on laths (minimum 2 years) of the
champagne, fed by the autolysis of the prise
de mousse yeasts.
Palate:
Joyful
vitality at the opening, thanks to the rigorous selection of the cuvée, first juices which flow during
the soft pressing of the grapes, supported by the minerality of the chalk of
the terroir of Mailly-Champagne.
We
find again the red fruits already perceived at the nose, underlined by the
creamy effervescence.
Lively
finish, driven by subtle spices, definitely thanks to the ageing in barrels of
25% of the reserve wines but also of the base wine of Chardonnay used for the
production of expedition liqueur.
Great
length on the palate.

delicacy, outstanding signature of the Champagne house Lucien Roguet.

traditions in the heart of the Mountain of Reims. Nowadays, Samuel Roguet
presides over the destiny of the house and cultivates with passion, in the
greatest respect of the environment, the 7 hectares of vines of the wine
estate, planted with the 3 champenois
varietals (Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay) exclusively in the Grand Cru of
Mailly-Champagne, to compose each year with talent, around 45,000 bottles of
heady champagnes, with a confident style.
