fragrances of red and black fruits, signatures of the Pinot Noir (55%) embrace
the scents of white fruits, characteristic signs of the Chardonnay (45%).
Palate:
The
vertiginous purity gives way to a voluptuous caress, reinforced by the ageing
of the reserve wines (35%) in oak casks.
Great
length on the palate.
With this cuvée Ultra D « Aged 5 years » in 75 cL and « Aged 7 years »
in 150 cL and 300 cL, Michel Parisot, Cellar Master of the Champagne house
Devaux, signs a radiant champagne.
